1. I have emailed the email provided on here I've been waiting for a week now for help.does anyone else have a problem with this app it works fine when I'm home but as soon as I enter the store it goes out of order can't scan or see benefit and even when I screen shot my benefit it always ends up telling me I get to many things when I have my screen shot to prove it some one help is this store issues or my appThis app is very helpful when you're new to using wic and aren't sure what's approved.

2. For example: I have to write my food balance down on paper bc this app rarely ever works in the store! It's frustrating and pretty much a waste of my storage space.

3. You can scan barcodes to confirm approved items, they provide clear details and pictures of what is allowed.

4. Put in my card number and my birthday correctly but it's telling me that I need to verify if I put those things in correctly.

5. Most of the time it wont load & displays a "7technical error" message.It keeps saying to come back next time.

6. It says I need to choose my notifications, but the screen is frozen and I can't do anything with it.

7. It doesnt even let you use the barcode scan.Very convenient more easier then the the checks back in the day, you kissy everything you need from the app.

8. Very frustrating.Its a good concept that would pair nicely with the card system if the app would actually work.

9. Uninstalling...This is a great app showing what balance you have should you don't complete your list.

1. Fix EzWIC Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart EzWIC: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the EzWIC App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "EzWIC" » Open EzWIC » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for EzWIC » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear EzWIC app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from EzWIC servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "EzWIC" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check EzWIC app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, EzWIC might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall EzWIC. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall EzWIC then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing EzWIC not working

2. Fix EzWIC Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make EzWIC be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to EzWIC not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, EzWIC may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
