The list given in this app is next to useless while you are pregnant because it is so confusing and not specific enough.This app worked when I had a Samsung but does not work with my Moto phone 🙄 WicShopper is amazing though, it works great and has a calculator for cereal oz and fruits and vegetables to ensure you use your benefits to their full potential.

2. It doesn't focus in on the barcodes with the lighting in the grocery stores.App works great for me! Ive seen alooot of bad reviews that it crashes and doesnt let you log in but i havent had any issues! (i have an LG phone, google processor maybe thats why?) i really like that it shows you when and where your future appts are, very helpful.

Fix this now pleaseI have had different issues with this app it doesnt always focus the barcodes and for the longest time I never had an issue logging in or out now all of a sudden none of my emails or passwords work i dont know what to do when i call the number it goes straight to the people at the health dept and they dont know what to do.

4. It's slow to load, constantly kicks you out, scanning barcodes work probably 25% of the time...we can't sit here for over 2-3hrs everytime we go shopping just because the app is unusable.App does not tell you what degree of WIC benefits you receive.

5. Appointments and address are also in the app once you create your account which took less than 5 mins!.Fantastic app to keep you from going to the checkout feeling like an idiot with your wrong items.

6. Sure beats having to keep up and bring those little brochures in with you every time you go shopping that keeps you scratching your headThis app crashes constantly.

7. When I try to reset password it says the email is invalid but when I try making a new account it says the email already exists.

8. Deleted and re-download the app and now it won't do anything without me verifying my email with a code that it won't send so I'm locked out of my account.

9. Does not hold any of the information that persons account should like what office your set to go to or what your specific account will pay for.

10. Helps clear up any confusion by scanning barcode to see if it is on the accepted list.

11. The only way you can actually see what WIC will pay for before check out is by scanning the bar code on all the different items on the self.

1. Fix FL WIC Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart FL WIC: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the FL WIC App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "FL WIC" » Open FL WIC » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for FL WIC » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear FL WIC app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from FL WIC servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "FL WIC" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check FL WIC app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, FL WIC might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall FL WIC. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall FL WIC then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing FL WIC not working

2. Fix FL WIC Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make FL WIC be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to FL WIC not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, FL WIC may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
