1. The product descriptions and how to fish Tips are very detailed! Now I just have to wait pretty anxiously for my products to arrive!Awesome app, fast and send notifications when merch/appearal, baits and anything new is in stock!! Highly recommend!!great app although I do notice some stuff that is on the website is not on the app but that's not really a big deallove the app......use it all the time!!love that Googan has created an app.

It has been 4 days now they haven't refunded me or emailed me or even continued my order and there is no customer service phone number or email you just have to submit a request only giving 1 star because Google made me so could type**Will continue to buy your awesome products.** Just a little disappointed that the app is a little behind (from my experience).

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Googan Squad Issues

1. Fix Googan Squad Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Googan Squad: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Googan Squad App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Googan Squad" » Open Googan Squad » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Googan Squad » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Googan Squad app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Googan Squad servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Googan Squad" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Googan Squad app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Googan Squad might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Googan Squad. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Googan Squad then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Googan Squad not working


2. Fix Googan Squad Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Googan Squad be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Googan Squad not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Googan Squad may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • I have emailed 3 times the past week. I have the wrong size with my subscription. This month's has not been mailed yet and I need the size to be changed. Can someone help me
