1. I've had great experiences every single time I order and GOAT does a great job of making sure you get the right shoe on time(or earlier)in perfect condition.

2. But GOAT doesn't have any customer service to speak of, just FAQs and a bot that could have been written by a sophisticated high school freshman; keep your fingers crossed that everything goes the way you hope it will.

3. I'm not getting notifications for when a shoe is sold ( I don't sale often) despite this being a ongoing notified issue.

4. Fortunately the customer service is fast and so they were able to fix my issues.This app is awesome! Always has what I'm looking for and has very flexible filters so you can find exactly what you need just with the click of a few buttons.

5. It's very clean and easy to use overall.SELLERS BEWARE !!! The app doesn't notify you when you've made a sale ! Due to this issue, I've received several cancelations and penalties.

6. Thank you.Update- after the 3/25 update, an issue was created where if you are looking at items in the app, if you minimize or otherwise leave the app, when you go back to it, it says "temporarily unavailable, try again later." This is VERY annoying.

7. I went from a 108 to a 79! I missed 3 sales in 2 years I wasn't notified of, wouldn't recommend for selling, try other platforms for that.This app has 2 very frustrating flaws.

8. Simple functionality like trying to change your address after making a purchase or even messaging a seller to fix an address is not supported by the system.

9. Bad business practice on GOAT's end.Ordered twice, both time paid for "NEW" with the box and both times got clearly used sneakers.

10. 2nd time, the "NEW" kicks I ordered where scoffed up, creases like crazy, discoloration, beat up box and had animal hairs in the inside.

11. However, the app DOES send notifications for new releases and promotions....just not when it's time for you to make money.

1. Fix GOAT Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart GOAT: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the GOAT App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "GOAT" » Open GOAT – Sneakers & Apparel » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for GOAT » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear GOAT – Sneakers & Apparel app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from GOAT servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "GOAT – Sneakers & Apparel" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check GOAT app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, GOAT might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall GOAT. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall GOAT then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing GOAT not working

2. Fix GOAT Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make GOAT be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to GOAT not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, GOAT may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
