1. The call center has an answering machine redirecting you to send an email to customer service... well good luck with that! Like I said its been a week and no response!!! Uninstalling the app and never purchasing from this chain again, I'm extremely disappointed, dissatisfied and frustrated.It was the worst app I've ever encountered to this day! It freezes up repeatedly.
2. It doesn't work when it's time to check raffles (which is the only time you need it to work) and customer service doesn't answer when you call them.
3. Super annoying!!! I've received serval updates hoping that it would get fixed but not yet⏳Bad customer service and no email response.
4. Really frustrated.Be aware that if the Flx App doesn't give you the reward points from your purchase, you have 1 week to claim them or they are forfeited.
5. The same goes for all footlocker associated stores' apps (footlocker, footaction and champs)This app was working fine until recent update(On Android).
6. Also the app doesn't accept discount codes when entered, but they're accepted if you shop on footaction's website.
7. also everything is out of stock, and it tells you last minute! beyond annoying!!!!!This app along with the Footlocker and Champs apps are super glitchy.
8. All around bad experience!App doesn't load earned reward coupons following purchases anymore.
9. Customers have to call customer service to have the reward emailed.
10. The the shop portion at load up reads error practically all the time and it's constantly logging me out, forcing me to exit the app and come back.
11. I recently returned an order , it has been a full week since the tracking shows that they have received my return and no one has replied to any of my emails.
