1. The call center has an answering machine redirecting you to send an email to customer service... well good luck with that! Like I said its been a week and no response!!! 7. also everything is out of stock, and it tells you last minute! beyond annoying!!!!!This app along with the Footlocker and Champs apps are super glitchy.

8. All around bad experience!App doesn't load earned reward coupons following purchases anymore.

10. The the shop portion at load up reads error practically all the time and it's constantly logging me out, forcing me to exit the app and come back.

1. Fix Footaction Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Footaction: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Footaction App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Footaction" » Open Footaction: Shop Sneakers, Find Your Style » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Footaction » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Footaction: Shop Sneakers, Find Your Style app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Footaction servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Footaction: Shop Sneakers, Find Your Style" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Footaction app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Footaction might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Footaction. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Footaction then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Footaction not working

2. Fix Footaction Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Footaction be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Footaction not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Footaction may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
