1. If you want or need to change accounts you have to buy a new device and start with a whole new Google account to access a different rewards account.When I wanted to sign up for All Access, the employees weren't able to complete enrollment.

2. No worries though...way too expensive to shop there enough for it to make a difference.I can't "click" on the special coupons that are for one day only sales.it should scan my rewards csrd and sign me in yhat way.

3. i cant recall my old phone number, notr whether i gave my full name or short version, and i have sevrral emails so not sure which.

4. Basically what I received from customer support is once a device is logged into an account it can never be changed.

5. Uninstalling the app does nothing, because as soon as you re-install you are automatically logged into the same account without exception.

1. Fix All Access Rewards! Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart All Access Rewards!: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the All Access Rewards! App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "All Access Rewards!" » Open All Access Rewards! » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for All Access Rewards! » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear All Access Rewards! app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from All Access Rewards! servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "All Access Rewards!" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check All Access Rewards! app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, All Access Rewards! might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall All Access Rewards!. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall All Access Rewards! then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing All Access Rewards! not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make All Access Rewards! be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to All Access Rewards! not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, All Access Rewards! may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
