Why should I report an Issue with Gilt - Coveted Designer Brands?

1. It's not trying to constantly reinvent itself or get flashier with a zillion pop-ups & suggestions.One of the worst shopping apps ever! It's almost like the app was developed in 2012!! The products only have a maximum of only 2 pics, most of the time no further details about the product, it's materials/composition, care, etc.

2. The app doesn't work anymore for months now and I have installed it because of that.This app is pretty good except for 1 major problem; there is no place to mark or put all of the things that you LOVE, so that you can leave the app and then just go straight back to those things.

3. They don't have any way to add to wishlist, and once a sale is over, they remove the product from your cart - which is the only way to bookmark a product! The searches use absolutely useless algorithms.App was working great but stopped completely.

4. Other than that, check out is a breeze and so is sign up and navigation for that matter.App has function that will cause you to untintentionally make purchase.there is a pop up on the checkout page that asks if you like the app.

5. The ability to filter out items that were sold out was great, and the grouping of items made for good visual categories.

6. I don't have to login to enter a physical store ... Quit making the first step into your experience shoddy and frustrating.

7. But the deals are real, and the quality is fantastic.I love to window shop, but I have not brought myself to actually purchase anything yet.

8. What's worse is customer service is incompetent and despite 4 emails they could/would not cancel the orderThe check out experience was confusing.

9. Better than most apps!! It's rarely glitchy, which in a shopping app usually means it doesn't usually boot you out or freeze, it doesn't take forever to load, and it stops/starts reliably.

10. I am giving it two stars because it was working great when it allowed me to log in but now gives a null error.

11. There are some search criteria to separate things out, but it's by category and price only, very hard to rule certain names in or out.

1. Fix Gilt Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Gilt: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Gilt App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Gilt" » Open Gilt - Coveted Designer Brands » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Gilt » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Gilt - Coveted Designer Brands app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Gilt servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Gilt - Coveted Designer Brands" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Gilt app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Gilt might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Gilt. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Gilt then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Gilt not working

2. Fix Gilt Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Gilt be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Gilt not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Gilt may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
