Artist-5076Really a useful app for artists, I am not a artist but I always buying artworks, these people are so good in service, non-digital arts is originally from artists from all over the world I already brought some plantings from this app, simple to use and no digital art or fake paintings.... Thank you a lot 😃It is an exceptional and exclusive platform that celebrates art & artists in the most meaningful manner.

Also I tried to up load different views/photos, it said I had but when you look at it in the profile it shows 3 of the same photos...needs more user friendly options please, compared to other platforms I've used.I am not an artist but in this app I can find many things for my home and I explored many art forms.

3. Loved the concept! :)I selected art is for sale but when the artwork is published it says not for sale, and there is no way of editing it after it's posted,this needs fixed!Fantastic platform for art enthusiasts to explore and collect fine arts.

4. It doesn't appear to US based; the other is if someone buys a piece of art the terms state that the art is sent to the buyer, then if the buyer is happy they respond to an email from YM and then payment is transferred to my bank account.

5. Still not sure of how many people use or view this site that are legitimate buyers.I wish I could go in and change if the art work is for sale or not.

1. Fix YourMasterpieces Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart YourMasterpieces: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the YourMasterpieces App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "YourMasterpieces" » Open YourMasterpieces » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for YourMasterpieces » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear YourMasterpieces app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from YourMasterpieces servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "YourMasterpieces" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check YourMasterpieces app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, YourMasterpieces might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall YourMasterpieces. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall YourMasterpieces then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing YourMasterpieces not working

2. Fix YourMasterpieces Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make YourMasterpieces be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to YourMasterpieces not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, YourMasterpieces may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
