1. All of the so called "ATMS" were for purchasing more crypto.Do not get this App....Just received USDT to Monarch wallet --wanted to send USDT and I get this Error code :32000....EIP-155 ... updated app still not able to transfer funds...not even back to were it came from....Monarch has some serious issues ....I have no idea how to fix nor do they have a decent support or help interface..... get this app...U loose ur funds.DO NOT INSTALL!!!! Wasted two hours just trying to signup.

First a micro unit conversion for cryptos in my wallet and to be able to exchange with BTC.I had thought this was a fine wallet which seems to operate all well until I tried to move my crypto from the wallet address to another wallet and after 3 transactions that I confirmed it never did anything nor did any transactions occur.

3. Uploading the back image the front disappears reload the front in the back disappears not able to move forward until both fields are filled first not even possible completely totally sucksI have been using the Monarch wallet for about 1 1/2 years now.

4. Tx shows up as a success on etherscan but the tokens never showed up in my custom token addressed monarch wallet.Having trouble sending Litecoin from this app.

5. Wish I could give it zero stars.Two stars because I was able to add a custom token address, which is a great feature, but the wallet did not receive my custom tokens correctly.

Those who are asking for the difference between Monarch and other wallets, Monarch is totally decentrilized.On the whole the app is all right however, on many occasions the $ balance on the main screen will show and update with the fluctuations but then after refreshing, it will show $0 more often than not despite no transactions taking place.

1. Fix Monarch Wallet Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Monarch Wallet: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Monarch Wallet App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Monarch Wallet" » Open Monarch Wallet » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Monarch Wallet » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Monarch Wallet app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Monarch Wallet servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Monarch Wallet" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Monarch Wallet app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Monarch Wallet might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Monarch Wallet. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Monarch Wallet then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Monarch Wallet not working

2. Fix Monarch Wallet Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Monarch Wallet be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Monarch Wallet not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Monarch Wallet may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
