1. My customer number showing invalid.App is good but need more update and dpdc should add more features to the app.Worst app do far we used .OTP NEVER CAME on time .Worst app.
2. Kudos to everyone behind the implementation and thought process.Does not accept 8 digit customer number even though the online portal accepts it.
3. Despite having smart card meter, it shows please enter a valid customer number.
4. OTP not match for several times.This app cannot validate customer number.
5. You can follow them.Registration process need to improve.
6. This app is by far one of the most sophisticated and and extremely helpful one implemented by any govt organization in BD.
7. The looks, the information inside the dashboards are super helpful.
8. And to top it up, it even has the option to opt out for rebates if you fulfill certain objectives.
9. Thus I can't even register and use the application.Dumb app.
