Why should I report an Issue with PDF Scanner - Document Scanner?

1. What's worse, is they still try as hard (obnoxiously hard) as before to sell the ad free version to you! I even clicked the ad free button and clicked to buy, but it said "Error! You already own this!" The app company won't bother to get in touch with you unless it appears you might be persuaded to pay for ad free version! Don't waste your time or money here!Would have been better if this app doesn't show cringy adds after every photo we edit.. bcoz it wastes lot of time when we're trying to scan certain important documents in an urgent situation...Greatful app.

Was hoping i wouldnt have to deal with it after paying for their removal.I have tried uncountable Scanners, unreservedly and undoubtedly, this is the best Scanner and editor available at the moment: others may come to break the record later.,... certainly, no one is near this at the moment in clarity, editing and originality; trust me.

3. Scanning app itself works fine, but the free version is so inundated with ads it takes so long to do anything.

4. Every time i click the remove ads button it even says error you already have this.

5. It doesn't recognise the page automatically, the lines of the frame are all over the place, and the amount of pages you can send I one e mail as pdf is very little.

6. There are ads every time you do something, which would've been fine if the app was good.

7. It is convenient, but the pictures are getting cropped more than I select, which makes me have to retake the shot.

8. It is very helpful in making document.It provides many features like crop , texture etc.but do not give add if data is on.

9. The resolution is quite grainy, which is not my device's fault, the camera can take clearer pictures.

10. It is an ok app overall, but some things need to be fixed.I think it's not that bad because I download this just to not pay for scanning my homework.

1. Fix PDF Scanner Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart PDF Scanner: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the PDF Scanner App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "PDF Scanner" » Open PDF Scanner - Document Scanner » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for PDF Scanner » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear PDF Scanner - Document Scanner app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from PDF Scanner servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "PDF Scanner - Document Scanner" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check PDF Scanner app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, PDF Scanner might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall PDF Scanner. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall PDF Scanner then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing PDF Scanner not working

2. Fix PDF Scanner Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make PDF Scanner be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to PDF Scanner not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, PDF Scanner may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
