1. All I want to do is add items and coupons to my list, go shopping at the store with the list, and check items off the list as I physically put them in my cart.

2. In the most recent version, regular items are in a separate list from "coupon/special deal" items so you have to switch back and forth to see your full list.

3. Just finished shopping at Von's and at least 3 or 4 of my items which had "clipped" coupons, failed to show-up at the register causing major re-calc's.

4. I had to return $69 worth of expensive substituted and nondiscounted items.The staff at the store saves it, but the app is atrocious.

5. Im trying the membership to see if the delivery is worth it, and it was sooo simple to make my shopping list.

6. If it wasn't for all these great savings and rewards I get each week......well lets just say I wouldn't be sending in such a great review from my own personal experience.

7. We don't need help using the app, we want a well designed so.New format is horrible! Difficult to navigate and can't find anything easily.

10. Bring back the old so in its entirety except cache the coupons so it doesn't need to check with the server every time I turn the phone on.

11. The new interface is the worst! Not sure who thought browsing hundreds of products would make sense to do it with giant icons and worse, sideways?! Then there are the subcategories that you have to dive into only to have to start over if you hit back!The new format is beyond terrible.

1. Restart Vons Deals & Delivery: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Vons Deals & Delivery App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Vons Deals & Delivery" » Open Vons Deals & Delivery » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Vons Deals & Delivery » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Vons Deals & Delivery app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Vons Deals & Delivery servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Vons Deals & Delivery" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Vons Deals & Delivery app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Vons Deals & Delivery might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Vons Deals & Delivery. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Vons Deals & Delivery then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Vons Deals & Delivery not working
