1. Not a great perk for being a union membersThe Union Plus Deals app is great every time I leave town I check to see what deals are happening in the city that I'm going to and it never fails me.

2. Can access normal website easilyWhat is offered is not a membership discounts or deals for union members, the deals and discounts are internet type coupons with restrictions.

3. Please fix it!The deals are good, but the app SUCKS CRASHES AT EVERY USE, I LITERALLY HAVE TO CONTACT ABENITY EACH AND EVERY TIME I USE THE APP, THIS IS RIDICULOUS, THIS REALLY NEEDS TO BE FIXED OR IT'S NOT WORTH USING😑😑App always says no connection.

4. Went on the Union Plus app to Budget and had the best experience!! I managed to get a car at a time when cars were hard to come by due to all of the flights being canceled.

5. I also got a free upgrade!! The app was so easy to navigate through and I will definitely keep telling my union family about the app and the benefits of being Union.Way to glitchy.

6. I don't even have a bill due and over paid $117 and it withdrew from checkint and never posted hurting my credit - 90pts!!Pretty awesome to have all our perks in one place.

7. I Instantly paid my payment with over pay, and the payment didn't post hurting my credit score multiple times.

8. Booked a hotel at JFK Airport with the app, got a text confirmation from an unknown number, no email, no hotel confirmation from the property itself.

9. Applied for card before Christmas, was supposed to arrive within 7-10 days, I didn't receive the card for nearly a month.

10. Not a huge fan of it kicking over to the website whenever certain things are clicked.App always has issues.

1. Fix Union Plus Deals Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Union Plus Deals: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Union Plus Deals App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Union Plus Deals" » Open Union Plus Deals » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Union Plus Deals » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Union Plus Deals app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Union Plus Deals servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Union Plus Deals" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Union Plus Deals app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Union Plus Deals might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Union Plus Deals. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Union Plus Deals then reinstall.
