1. I got a 2boys one is 6 and the other is 13 so I login fine to both child name and password hopefully it stays that way.This is waste of everybodys time honestly, I can not believe such a horrible app can exist! I am very annoyed and I hope this does not happen to any other user.

Rubbish!Somewhat ok- just found out how to make the points work -- I know how the spinner works but I agree with you two reviews stating that there is no way in finding how this app works and we half to go on something us just trying to see how this work big waste of time we as parents shouldn't have to do all the research on how to make this app work -- haven't any login issues yet.

1. Fix Behave Buddy Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Behave Buddy: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Behave Buddy App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Behave Buddy" » Open Behave Buddy » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Behave Buddy » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Behave Buddy app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Behave Buddy servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Behave Buddy" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Behave Buddy app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Behave Buddy might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Behave Buddy. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Behave Buddy then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Behave Buddy not working

2. Fix Behave Buddy Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Behave Buddy be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Behave Buddy not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Behave Buddy may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
