5. I can message my old matches, but cannot view their profile and pics, any attempt will boot you out of the app.

7. I have the same 3 likes that appear instantly after I clear them and I have the exact same people in discovery every single time I log in.

9. It's frustrating being taunted with the number of matches I could have and then swiping and only seeing one profile available before there's no more to see.
10. Swipes won't register, and once you swipe the first time, it shows you're out of swipes and keeps cycling through the same people but won't tell you that nothing is actually happening.

my account was wrongfully banned on the 23rd of October 2020, since then i am trying to regain access to my account by contacting the support team (support@redacted) without obtaining any explanation why the account was banned. The only information i can provide is that i forgot my phone, and in the next day i recovered it with the "find my Phone" option. I also asked for my data, and i do know that the company still retains unnecessary data including pictures, profile description, MAC address, etc.
In that period of time i had several accounts blocked, including bank apps, social media apps, Tinder (which is the one that isn't yet recovered) and others.
As explained in previous mails, i had a paid subscription for 6 months of tinder plus, and, previously i also had tinder GOLD and PLATINUM subscribed. I used the application for many years without any incident, being always respectful to other users, i agreed and read all Terms of Use and Community Guidelines.
