My Deals Customer Insights

1. And once I'm signed in it still takes time to load things, and this is on a OnePlus 6T.The last several deals I've tried to use, I've been told the business has no idea what the coupon is, the business hasn't gone by the name in the app for years, or I can't get to the deal when I click on it.

2. I selected ask every time and there was no option to move on to the next page so I click the back arrow and it took me back to login.

3. I logged in again and this time selected allow all the time, but still there is no option to move forward from the location page.

4. When set to use location services only when the app is in use I get nagged to change to "all the time" and forced back to the permissions settings.

5. June 2021, this app still does not workNo, you cannot have my location all the time.

6. Got to much to do to make your app work.Have been trying to activate and access this as part of my organization benefits!! It has never worked, and has forced me to re-register multiple times, yet in the end, simply says, call us.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix My Deals Issues

1. Fix My Deals Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart My Deals: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the My Deals App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "My Deals" » Open My Deals Mobile » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for My Deals » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear My Deals Mobile app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from My Deals servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "My Deals Mobile" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check My Deals app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, My Deals might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall My Deals. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall My Deals then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing My Deals not working


2. Fix My Deals Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make My Deals be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to My Deals not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, My Deals may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
