1. drivers are terrible, user beware, every 2nd or so order i would put in the food would be delivered to the completely wrong address, despite the fact I had 2 phone numbers listed for the driver to use, would not reccomend.Sooo for those of us who work in a cash only type of job this BLOWS!!!!! Now I can either order pizza or pick up food.

6. So I keep receiving calls from my bank where ive tried to buy food from this app, yet it was "declined" ..aggravating!The app it self works great.

7. Lol, so more then likely you are going to get them anyways.I have ordered using this service multiple times before, but for some reason half the time I put in my address and the app tells me that their delivery service is not in my area.

1. Fix Doorstep Delivery Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Doorstep Delivery: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Doorstep Delivery App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Doorstep Delivery" » Open Doorstep Delivery » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Doorstep Delivery » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Doorstep Delivery app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Doorstep Delivery servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Doorstep Delivery" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Doorstep Delivery app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Doorstep Delivery might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Doorstep Delivery. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Doorstep Delivery then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Doorstep Delivery not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Doorstep Delivery be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
