1. 8/2021 Worked for a couple weeks now it says it's not supported and to download the new version, no surprise there isn't one.I keep trying to verify my number for text alerts and it doesn't work.

2. App is 100% useless.It's great when it's working but....It's nice to be able to order refills, but I've found that I can't access things like I'd like.

3. What genious didnt include a change password option under account?? 2021 update- No longer lets me order refills.

4. Most of the time I end up having to call the pharmacy anyway to fix something the app has done.No way to change to your password if theres a typo, so i changed the email.

5. I really like being able to order the prescriptions and the notifications when ready.

6. It is often that I get a text saying a prescription is ready, I make the trip and then the next or the next couple days I get a text saying another prescription is ready.

7. Like everything else, it worked when first came out and with every upgrade got worse until unusable.I like the ability to communicate with the Pharmacy.

8. I wish the expired prescriptions would be shown separately and the ability to edit your reminders as needed.

9. For example if I have a prescription on file I can't check the status of it or know when it fills without calling the pharmacy.

10. Its an error every single time, back to having to call them all in on the phone.

1. Fix Albertsons Pharmacy Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Albertsons Pharmacy: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Albertsons Pharmacy App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Albertsons Pharmacy" » Open Albertsons Pharmacy » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Albertsons Pharmacy » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Albertsons Pharmacy app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Albertsons Pharmacy servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Albertsons Pharmacy" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Albertsons Pharmacy app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Albertsons Pharmacy might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Albertsons Pharmacy. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Albertsons Pharmacy then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Albertsons Pharmacy not working
