1. A couple of days, it'd bug out multiple times and I was forced to reinstall more than once in a single day!! This is ridiculous Edit: Hey Safeway, how am I supposed to discuss the ongoing issue I'm experiencing through the app when I can't get the app to open? Asking for a friend (me).this app was great about a year ago, but ever since whatever update it was that made you have to triple click everything after you've already clipped all your deals and whatnot and then you have to go into your items and then re-clip them? It's a pain.

2. also if the Wi-Fi does not work in the store it is pointless the Wi-Fi needs to work in the store... otherwise very easy to use if you've done it a couple times you can search by category which is very convenient the scanner works perfectly and I'm sure there's all kinds of other perks sometimes I feel like the cashier made aSo buggy.

3. I try to enter my phone number and email, and it just says "technical difficulties, try again." What's the point of having a shopping app if it won't let me add anything to my cart because it won't let me log in? I can't place a pickup order without building a cart.

4. All the deals and rewards are easy to find and redeem, which, surprisingly, becoming harder to find with other merchants' shopping app.

5. Currently Safeway is okay with you being frustrated at the register, clicking all of those coupons at the last second making everyone in the line wait, instead of just giving you an easy option.
