1. The notifications do not work well but for the money ( free version) it's great!I like having this app, my biggest complaint is that we have one family member that it has issues updating their location all the time.
2. There has never been any return contact.I've had it for several months and it's been amazing! EXCEPT for the last few months.... the location accuracy isn't very good and the biggest issue is it doesn't notify us when someone leaves a location... both my boyfriend and I are first responders and we rely on this app for when we don't hear from one another for long periods of time.
3. I have tried contacting you several times with issues such as showing drives that never happened, being at places that we were not at, not being able to set arrive/leave notifications.
4. I would love a feature where I can turn off my location, for individual persons, for those certain times when your friends or family don't need to know your every move.
5. 30% of the time it doesn't work when you need it to even though our phones don't have dead zone.the App works great most times.
6. Put in a separate message location, not on the middle of the map! Get used to seeing "[Name] could not be located" as you will be seeing it all the time.
7. I had to turn off ALL notifications to get it to stop (although, not the in app pop ups), which makes it hard to use any part of the app without actually having it open.Works occasionally for me.
8. It's not unusual for it to go an hour+ without updating, and since he's going multiple places every day for his job it would be helpful if it stayed current & was accurate.
9. Very frustrating!I am seriously about to delete this app simply because it keeps spamming my notifications with "turn off battery optimization" notifications, both through push notifications on my phone, and pop ups in app.
10. One star lost to notification sound, one star lost because of the incredible inaccuracy at times.I have been using 360 for a few years now.

I had a trial back in August 2020 and I cancelled it you have been billing me since August I know not at least 9.99 a month nth and she's have the ld you over and over again to stop charge ng my debit card and I WANT ALL OF KY MONEY RETURNED TO MY ACCOUNT you were never authorized to take any money out of my Bank account I have not used it at all and I found out through njy Bank that you were fraudulently charging my bank account
