Vons Pharmacy Customer Insights

1. Good app with great pharmacists! Only problem is that it takes a long time to open the selections, like 30 to 60 seconds or more.The app takes forever to load and the pharmacy has told me they don't always get my requests to contact the dr when a recurring prescription has run out of refills.

2. It was compatible before the update.Takes forever to login (over 2 minutes) and move screen to screen and more often then not it crashes.

3. It's slower loading than the old dial up modems, it takes far less time to call in the refills.

4. At that point I give up and just call the pharmacy! Useless app unless you have time to waste!!!I just downloaded the app, I really cannot be more thrilled with.

5. Once I'm in it takes several minutes to go from screen to screen and more often than not it errors out, then it's pretty much done and at that point and I have to start all over again.

6. However, if you need to input your dob and you're older, call the pharmacy as it would be a heck of a lot faster.

7. ???? So bummed.My account, for which I have auto-login enabled, randomly said my password was wrong a few months ago.

8. Today some random prescription that's not mine showed up.Great app! It keeps track of what prescriptions I have with Vons.

9. So I tried to remake my account, and the app says my email address is already associated with an account.

10. When I tried to say "I forgot my password", the app says it has no record of my email address.

11. For some unknown reason some medications randomly do not show me the refill history or what I've paid for them.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Vons Pharmacy Issues

1. Fix Vons Pharmacy Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Vons Pharmacy: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Vons Pharmacy App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Vons Pharmacy" » Open Vons Pharmacy » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Vons Pharmacy » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Vons Pharmacy app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Vons Pharmacy servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Vons Pharmacy" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Vons Pharmacy app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Vons Pharmacy might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Vons Pharmacy. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Vons Pharmacy then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Vons Pharmacy not working

  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Vons Pharmacy be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
