Glovo Customer Insights

1. If there was a good alternative service, I'd dump this thing in an eye blink.the app doesn't show all the restaurant options like it does on the site... the only reason i use it is due to the delivery tracker and even that is either missing for most restaurants or the location data is off.

2. However, should an issue occur with delivery (and those happen fairly often), it can be a nightmare to get a refund (if you paid via mobile money or credit card).

3. Recommend other application use.Very slow delivery, the application doesn't allow for as flexible orders, and the ads sent to my phone number are near constant and don't ever advertise anything new, or anything remotely interesting.

4. When I contacted the customer service chat to ask for a refund, I go through 4 people and they finally tell me that's not possible to go through the refund, even though I had never asked for one before and was a frequent client for years.

5. 👍While the app does the job of making and tracking a delivery, the thing is full of unwanted or pointless notifications -- I can turn them off but some days later I'm getting them again, or I am getting new ones after updating the app.

6. You risk losing money when you make an order, the order fails but your money is deducted from your account.

7. The interface has also tons of problems, they don't store any info about the emails and complaints, you can't really add any coupons at checkout and the list goes on.The service is useful, timely and courteous.

  4. Check Glovo app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Glovo might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Glovo. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Glovo then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Glovo not working

  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Glovo be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Glovo not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Glovo may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • My name is Victoria Lapteva. The Glovo company made write-offs from my card. However, I am not a client of the company, I have never created an account. The write-offs are the result of fraudulent actions, which I notified the bank about. The write-offs were made for the amounts of: 19.29 euros (VFSC3FWT) and 20.28 euros (VA6GVVXN), the bank also notified me about attempts at repeated write-offs. As of today, the card is blocked. I will contact the police regarding the fraud. I expect an answer from you as soon as possible.

  • La empresa debitó fondos de mi tarjeta bancaria, pero ni siquiera tengo una cuenta, no hice ningún pedido ni recibí nada. En este caso se llevaron a cabo acciones fraudulentas. El 9 de septiembre se realizaron dos cancelaciones por importe de 19,29 euros (VFSC3FWT) y 20,28 euros (VA6GVVXN). Denuncié estas actividades fraudulentas a mi banco. Por favor, investigue esta situación y devuelva el dinero. Por el momento, el cargo de mis fondos por parte de la empresa está completamente bloqueado, según me informó el banco.
