1. It would be nice in the future if the Hooked marketing dept could work to offer more local business deals instead of just major restaurant chain deals.The new gold membership dilutes the deals so badly that I am no longer motivated to frequent the restaurants it advertises.

2. It also opens your experience to other smaller businesses that you may not have considered trying before using the app which ended up to be a great experience! Definitely worth the money to use the app.The Hooked service is very good and much simpler to utilize than other options I've tried in the past ; however, that doesn't excuse the current poor state of the app.

9. I'm never going to pay 40 dollars to use "hooked gold." Please give us an option to turn that and those deals off.

10. The map function does not integrate well with Google directions and often places your GPS location in the wrong spot.I have loved the Hooked App since the beginning! I started using it when it was first available in my town, and it definitely saved me a lot of money (especially on chai lattes).

1. Fix Hooked Deals Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Hooked Deals: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Hooked Deals App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Hooked Deals" » Open Hooked Deals » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Hooked Deals » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Hooked Deals app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Hooked Deals servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Hooked Deals" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Hooked Deals app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Hooked Deals might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Hooked Deals. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Hooked Deals then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Hooked Deals not working

2. Fix Hooked Deals Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Hooked Deals be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Hooked Deals not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Hooked Deals may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
