1. I have to enter my phone number at the register to show I'm a member anyways, why not just automatically apply the "for U" discounts at the register? The app is probably already tracking purchases made under my phone number, so what do the developers gain by forcing me to clip ahead of time? Also, I haven't gotten the barcode scanning feature to work.You guys recently added the option to pay with EBT for drive up and go and it does not work! You click on it it brings you to the website and there is no where to put in your EBT card info only credit or debit why have the option if it doesn't work?It would be easier to use the app if the list and deals list synced up.Most of the deals aren't coming off at the register.I recently had given up driving vehicles and found that getting groceries home was an issue.
2. You have literally given me back days of my life! Forever your loyal customer! 😀Why for some time now the app is having technical difficulties when paying with EBT ??? I haven't been able to place an order for Star Market in three months.
3. coupons not loading, unable to connect to server, rewards points not being given, clipped coupons and rewards not being honored.
4. Without this information, or the ability to delete all expired items at once, I have to delete items manually or the shopping list becomes completely unusable.When it works it offers great savings.
5. I never see "my list" unless it is in the cart, can't find my rewards, coupons clipped on home computer do not transfer to mobil app.
6. With prices going up, up, up, any mistakes or failures to apply coupons makes it hard to keep shopping here.
7. Sometimes cashier wont give you time to enter # for coupons.
8. Not sure why they added a feature that when you select a coupon to add to your card, it has the phone vibrate.
9. I wasn't able to carry everything I needed all in one trip; causing multiple trips to the grocery store and tied up my entire day.
10. Thank you Star Market for making grocery delivery more accessible and so easy to use.
11. The app makes it EXTREMELY difficult to get away from the app constantly pushing as the only option.This app lacks an important feature.
