1. Even asked the delivery guy to give me his boss number and he refused , what a great service carrefour.I wanted to order maya because I only needed that and had to order a bunch of other things in order to fulfill their conditions.

Well, I have made an order and requested to receive it between 14.30 and 19.30 - however, i haven't and I have reached out at least 10 times to the support team, although it says " completed" on the app but I think the courrier delivered it to someone else probably, also, no one refunded my money yet and they can barely speak in english.

3. at first you see an early timing for delivery, but when you take a long time and choose many products to your basket at the last step, you see that you have to choose timing which is very late even for a day!I'm not able to use the app due to language problem - it's only in Turkey langauge with no option for English .

4. I am still waiting for the refund before I uninstall this app and never visit carrefour again , I don't know if they will even fix my probSpawning so much needless notifications, the company is always busy to let you order in covid 19 time period.
