1. Complete disrespect of the costumer's time and money.I've found this app very useful during this crisis though the billing method is hella confusing and you have to wait a few days for delivery due to the Covid-19 crisis.

2. I fully recommend them :)I tried to order from this company and they have so far changed my delivery time 3 times! They are now saying that instead of delivering my order today (Saturday) that they will be delivering it on Monday.

3. The support doesn't reply and here I am trying for 2 days to place an order, with my money taken but with no product delivered.

4. Also if you cancel your order you will not get a refund for 2 to 7 days and it looks like they also keep they fee that charge and only give you back the money for the products.

5. The payment procedure is also confusing and inconvenient for the costumer, you get charged before and after the order and sometimes it takes a while for them to refund your first payment.

9. Guys, this app should be tested by your support, not by customers.Awful app and support! I added my card, the amount was withdrawal from my account, but in ths app the "pay" button is still active, as if I didn't pay already.

10. Sometimes the shoppers ask if you want to replace items but most of the time they don't and you end up paying way more for alternatives you didn't want, even if you set the app so the shopper doesn't replace anything.

11. They take the money even before someone picks up the order and then there's no way to get a refund unless you email them.
