1. The other issue was that the app was staying on a white screen for about a month and all of the items I purchased that I should have gotten money back never went thru for some reason and I missed out on about $7-8 last month...not cool.As much as I love free money, this program is full of glitches.
2. The biggest issue is when they email me new items but when I click on the "Get $x.xx" button in the email it brings me to the app with an error message telling me "this item is no longer available" every time.
3. There has been just one hiccup and ironically it's just been over this past month -- suddenly it has stopped giving me credit when I make a purchase that I have selected...hopefully the issue will be solved soon and I will be able to rate it higher.
4. I have even scanned in store to check if the item qualifies and then when I go to scan and submit my receipt, it tells me that the item indeed does not qualify when it earlier said it did.
5. I do love this app, just needs some fixing.When I first got the app,they had great offers,including things like fresh produce.
6. It works well as long as you remember what rebates you have saved, if you don't you literally have to scroll through every single item on your list because there's no search bar; Very frustrating while in the store.
7. Outside of those 2 things, I love it.Have been using this app for a few years now and love it, easy way to save a few more dollars, especially in times like this.
8. SavingStar has generally worked well over the past few years; it has given me some good deals and I have saved some money at the stores.
9. The barcode scanner is very finicky, It keeps telling me that items don't qualify, even though I know they do.
10. Even though Rite Aid and CVS are stores they accept receipts from, I can never find the stores in the list, which you have to choose before submitting a receipt.
11. I shop there often and have seen or bought about 14 items from the saving star account, but it wont take the receipts.
