1. The address for the fuel station, that has "get directions" right below, can you please make that address highlightable / selectable on all phones? It's just that the google maps is not what most truckers use, and trying to open in Google just to copy the address is a bit too much when a need arises during a trip.

2. I wiped it off my phone to install it and by the time I had it open on playstore it was already installing itself back...The new update constantly crashes.

3. If it doesn't outright crash it just stays Perma loading.. miss being able to see how far the fuel stops are in app.

4. We acquired to get sustainable work from our hometown that will get us out and back into with a broker they show as being green in credit and will leave invoices pending.Not driver friendly app.

5. Every other app on this computer will load without fail.. NOT RTS PRO! ALWAYS A PROBLEM.The fuel discounts are pretty good.

1. Fix RTS Pro Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart RTS Pro: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the RTS Pro App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "RTS Pro" » Open RTS Pro » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for RTS Pro » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear RTS Pro app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from RTS Pro servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "RTS Pro" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check RTS Pro app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, RTS Pro might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall RTS Pro. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall RTS Pro then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing RTS Pro not working

2. Fix RTS Pro Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make RTS Pro be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to RTS Pro not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, RTS Pro may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
