1. Uninstalling/reinstalling reset passwords to no avail still says1 of 2 things user name/password incorrect or no server found.Then when you get into the browser to activate your dvr's registration my android states the site is unsecure.Then trying video stream it says only supported by internet explorer.
2. I used the back of the revo Gateway wireless kit user manual on what app to download to my cell phone to register and it did not work.
3. So I tried the other app you says on the App Store to use with Android cell phones still did not work.
4. I just tried to Uninstaller and install the app again but it didn't work!A very good experience for security.
5. The firewall here picks it up as a potential security threat? It is good though when Im home to be able to scroll thru my cameras and the picture is in HD and is superior.
6. I have had some troubles with this ad, for some reason this is the only app I can't use when I'm at work? Good part of my reason for buying this system.
7. support site is a jokeI just received my wireless Revo yesterday and tried to set up today.
8. How can this matter be resolved I don't want to return.The application continually closes out while trying to review my cameras.
9. Not will not sync with either of my systems...tried to delete and reload, but nothingWill not load live video everytime.

11. I also like that I can take pictures and text them if wanted.System is a complete failure, the dvr is okay and works as it should but the online portion is completely outdated.
