Health Journeys Customer Insights

1. If you select "play all" for a specific meditation, most times, it just doesn't and you have to select each(intro, guided meditation, affirmations) individually.This is a fantastic app and very affordable.

2. I haven't been able to successfully download anything or add tracks to a playlist.Oh boy, what a deal! I'm a therapist and have used imagery personally and professionally for years.

3. If I ever chance to get the meditation to play, it cuts out and pauses randomly, comes back on, pauses... Not exactly helping me reduce my anxiety.

4. Have resorted to just using the website which is not as convenient and the whole Playlist doesn't play - but better than nothing.

5. The update link in my email takes me to an apple update but I am on android.The content is fantastic but the meditations rarely play like they should.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Health Journeys Issues

1. Fix Health Journeys Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Health Journeys: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Health Journeys App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Health Journeys" » Open Health Journeys - Meditations » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Health Journeys » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Health Journeys - Meditations app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Health Journeys servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Health Journeys - Meditations" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Health Journeys app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Health Journeys might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Health Journeys. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Health Journeys then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Health Journeys not working


2. Fix Health Journeys Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Health Journeys be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Health Journeys not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Health Journeys may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
