1. A startup bug that causes the whole app to crash and hasn't been fixed for months? That's a company that doesn't care.Was great before, but seemingly since the last Android update, mobile deposit is now impossible using the auto-capture feature, as the camera is highly distorted when trying to capture the reverse side of the check.
2. I feel it would be in everyone's best interest if the dev's open up a Regions Classic app of some kind to reboot the old format and allow folks to choose what they want to use on their phones.I have downloaded the Regions app at least 10 different times on 3 different android phones over the past 18 months and have never even had it open for me.
3. Regions needs to recall this version and use the previous one until they get the bugs worked out.I tried this app several weeks ago and had nothing but problems, specifically unable to successfully login.
4. The blank screen after logging in has been an issue going on for months and it hasn't been fixed yet.Update: even worse than before.
5. Using manual mode, the problem still exists but is not as severe; thus with enough persistence and patience, you can eventually get a successful capture.This new update is awful! I cant even load into my account without it crashing immediately when putting in my credentials.
6. I appreciate how they continue to evolve, always in line with offerings you'd see at large, national banks (mobile deposits, payments, etc.), but they haven't lost touch with in person banking, so if that's what you prefer, you'll find they haven't compromised any service for technology.
7. It said 5 days for them to even receive the money! SENDING money should be instant (like it is on other apps), and then the receiver gets to decide if they want to pay the small fee for instant access, or if they want to wait a few days to forgo the convenience fee.
8. Love the app and love banking with Regions!After logging in, I can't verify my account because I get a white screen.
9. Great for the simple banking I do! IDK if it's separate from Regions, but Zelle is so slow it's a nightmare.
10. CashApp/Venmo much easier.I've been with Regions Bank now for about 10 years and have enjoyed my experience the entire time.
11. The old format was so easy and nice... I dont understand why you would change something that worked so well already, as I cant see a problem with the old version.
