1. I like that I can check time work hours, able to clock in/out from the job thru the app, pay stubs, taxes, COVID-19 info, add training/license, request leave, etc... Hope the app keep working good and get updates from Crestline Hotel & Resorts, and proliant makes sure that I receive my payments and request leave works properly.For a week now, I haven't been able to log into the app.

A recent update has caused issues and I cannot find a way to directly send feedback to the company.I downloaded this app because my boss recommended it to me when I first started working for easy and simple direct deposit, but it has never worked and now, for whatever reason I can't cash my check anywhere and I don't want to do a phone deposit because if this app tampered with my check and it's read as fraudulent I'll have to pay the full balance of my check just for trying to deposit.

3. If anyone recommends this garbage to you, just cash your checks manually or find another place to work.It won't let me put my new debit card in despite all the information being correct but it will still take my old debit card that has been deactivated for over a week lolthe help system is really buggy.

4. Why make a mobile app that is almost impossible to use on a phone? Makes no sense.the time card screen is ridiculously frustrating!!This app has been working well for our company for several years.

5. I keep getting a "Log In Failed - Error" message... there's no way to contact support... and when I call the number on Google, they can't help and tell me to contact my employer.... my employer can't do anything...I can't enroll in the ready pay to have access to my money.

6. Is it optimized for google pixel? and are there any solutions to fixing the response time for the helpbot? everything else in the app is fluid and working great.

7. I put in several credit card info n it keeps giving me an error.

8. Time card and pto viewing sucks.

9. I go to input one of the automated questions for the helpbot, and it takes longer then expected to answer my question I want answered.

10. It will not let me put in debit card info.

11. I had my account set up by the main office at work n still can't access my money through readypay.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Proliant Issues

1. Fix Proliant Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Proliant: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Proliant App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Proliant" » Open Proliant Mobile » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Proliant » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Proliant Mobile app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Proliant servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Proliant Mobile" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Proliant app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Proliant might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Proliant. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Proliant then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Proliant not working


2. Fix Proliant Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Proliant be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Proliant not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Proliant may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • Hi, I’ve previously starting working for hut & hut inc McDonald’s & I’m not abled to make a new account with you guys because my old Proliant account is interfering with that.

  • I had this app last time I worked at McDonald's. I am a rehire and start Monday. It is not letting me login in with my old info. Nor let me create a new one.

  • I desperately need assistance resetting my password or with being locked out. Payroll dead line was last night at midnight and I need last nights shift put in for sick time!
