1. Even since creating a new one it still has trouble recognizing my account.01_07_19 UPDATE: Submitted a complaint to tech service to make sure they were aware of the issue with my android version.

2. I get errors all of the time regardless if I'm on the app or online (my internet/WiFi is not the issue) which leads to me having to call the bank, which is inconvenient.

3. I'm not sure why they had to mess with a good thing.The design setup & function just doesn't work.

4. I'm hoping the two combined credit unions are in the works of really overhauling this app & online banking site.Literally useless.

5. Not to mention I have not had access to the app for the last 3 months because tech support couldn't figure out why I couldn't log in and instead of informing me on this they just deleted my account.

7. Actually useless app.Easy to manage and understand when I got a new phone and had to transfer my account to the new one it was super easy and I enjoyed it.

8. Will be great once this issue is resolved.The app works splendidly! I'm a Samsung user and the app works great on my phone.

1. Fix PFCU4ME Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart PFCU4ME: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the PFCU4ME App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "PFCU4ME" » Open PFCU4ME Mobile » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for PFCU4ME » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear PFCU4ME Mobile app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from PFCU4ME servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "PFCU4ME Mobile" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check PFCU4ME app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, PFCU4ME might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall PFCU4ME. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall PFCU4ME then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing PFCU4ME not working

2. Fix PFCU4ME Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make PFCU4ME be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to PFCU4ME not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, PFCU4ME may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
