1. Still, I was happy with the one appointment I had, and hopefully I won't get any nasty bills, as seems customary with US health 'insurance'.I have been having a few issues with the App for the first time today, but because the App has always worked great in the past I suspect the problem relates to a recent Android update.
2. Overall a good experience (as far as an appointment for kidney stones can go).If youre looking to have a super simplified way of managing your medication, whether it's refills or adjusting dosages, I've found this has been the best platform for me.
3. I still give the App 5 stars because the service I've received from the PlushCare team (including today with my App struggles) continues to be outstanding! My work schedule is very busy, and it is awesome to be able to get medical assistance 24/7 from a team that really seems to care.Tried on 2 seperate occasions.
4. I'm only interested in making an appointment with the same doctor I've been seeing, so scrolling through all the others to find an opening with my doctor is annoying.
5. I think this can be fixed and mitigated in the future so I gave 4 stars. This app has been a lifesaver twice for me! The doctors are great & service is readily available.
6. I called customer service and received a refund as well as rescheduled a few hours from the original appointment.
7. Super simple to set up an appointment and upload any photos of info they might need.
8. Scrolling through 2 days of available doctors to find yours is not there is disappointing and time consuming.Overall I've had a good experience with the app.
9. Fingers crossed...This is going off my firsy appointment (only one I've had so far), but the app is super easy to use.
10. The app worked well, although I wish you could search for a specific doctors' schedule to make the appointment.
11. The Healthcare professionals are great, knowledgeable, thorough, and are not there to waste your time, but rather find the best solution.
