1. You can also save links like your HSA bank and insurance carrier websites, which is nice for me because I have way too many bookmarks in my browser! Overall, it's a great way for me to keep all my benefits stuff in one place, and I'm looking forward to using it for the next open enrollment.Same issue as everyone else! I can login online but my login info on the app is invalid 🤔 Same info guess I'll give up! My second time downloading and it still doesn't work after 2 weeks of trying.

2. Fantastic app! I love that I can log in instantly instead of having to pull up the website and remember my login info.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix PlanSource Issues

1. Fix PlanSource Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart PlanSource: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the PlanSource App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "PlanSource" » Open PlanSource Mobile » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for PlanSource » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear PlanSource Mobile app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from PlanSource servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "PlanSource Mobile" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check PlanSource app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, PlanSource might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall PlanSource. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall PlanSource then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing PlanSource not working


2. Fix PlanSource Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make PlanSource be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to PlanSource not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, PlanSource may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
