But, the app crashes and/or logs me out frequently, which is really frustrating when I need to use it to clock in or out.Using this app is honestly confusing and tireding, because i have to deal with issues like clicking on a link then trying to accept it ,but then it says that its no longer available.

2. Years have gone by without any major bug fixes.This app is SO....SLOW.... super...duper...slow. I'd also like a refresh internet connection option when the "couldn't connect to the internet" window pops up.

3. It's absolutely ridiculous that I have no fair chance at these shifts! I am a five star bartender and have had to settle for working concessions at the amusement parkI like that I can link to my Google Calendar and get reminders for shifts.

4. I'm an IT professional and I work for a company that can absolutely help you with these issues, or contract with your staff in order to help get this back on track.The application does not let you know when you have new jobs.

5. By the time the notifications get through to my phone, no shifts are available.

6. I keep getting a pop up message to install the update everytime I log in.

7. I tried so many times to refresh and uninstall then install to see if it would show me the updates and shifts, but it still doesn't.

10. So, I hope moving forward, that they could at least fix these bugs/glitches and try to update it.App consistently causes other running apps to crash simultaneously upon opening.

1. Fix Nowsta Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Nowsta: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Nowsta App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Nowsta" » Open Nowsta: Workers » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Nowsta » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Nowsta: Workers app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Nowsta servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Nowsta: Workers" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Nowsta app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Nowsta might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Nowsta. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Nowsta then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Nowsta not working

2. Fix Nowsta Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Nowsta be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Nowsta not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Nowsta may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
