1. I can not even log in to my account!! This app used to work well before the last update.Useful but need enhancemnrt I'm glad I don't want to visit the branch each time I want to done small action like transfer, but I'm not able to copy and past, I'm not able to take a screenshot ah why! I think it will be creat to add a new section contains explanintion vedio of how to use (transfer to external) for example, some field I had to contact the support to know what it means! New feature of connect card fo an account instade of visiting the branchDears, when are you going to add the transfer feature? That is to allow the customer to setup customized automatic transfers between account or other accounts???????everything easy, it saves a lot of time and effort.
2. I simply cannot do banking the same without such app.Why when it updates I can't log back into my account ? ALSO why do the app logs me out after each update ? It's really bad experienceVery bad for a bank application they need to pay more attention for that matter.It's very serious scene it about people money.and each update make it worse.Nice and well-designed application for user-friendly daily bankingThe new update is lagging the app , needs to be fixed !Easy and you can do all you want easily and at any time and any whereReally bad experience.
