Silvercrest Smart Watch Customer Insights

1. Previous version was temperamental about re-synchronising with watch after being out of Bluetooth range and appeared to interfere with other Bluetooth devices paired with the phone.The main problem is that the watch doesn't reconnect with the app when out of range except if I do it manually.

2. Especially if they are now showing up even if I am not browsing, but just appear as soon as I unlock my phone.I have had this watch for about 2 years, intially my wife used but gave up so I started to play with.

3. Not perfect, but for a Euro 20.00 watch, it is actually quite good, anyway, so far so good!Worked fine (mostly) until I changed my phone and reinstalled the app.

4. Is ok at frist, will have my phone on mute all the time and always get that vareblation on my wrist so I know if I have a message or call now I don't know what up date have been done basically now keep diconecting all the time , is so annoyingSSG 500 - Just awful! It won't stay connected to the phone.

5. once the bluetooth is activated on the watch DO NOT add device to Android Bluetooth, settings/connections/bluetooth - connect with the SilverCrest app, settings/connect device.

6. Now it won't connect so it's pretty much only useful as a pedometer, as I can't access any other features, change the time (which is incorrect as it appears to be gaining) or keep track of any activities.

7. Another option to update in the future is to let the user select his own apps under the "other apps" tab, I don't want to receive notifications about my gallery being used and installing an app in playstore.

8. Because it doesn't stay connected to the phone it won't show you the weather or the notifications.

9. Thank you Silvercrest for this "fine" product, my confidence in your brand is so low right now, it could find oil.New version fails to start up siting with a black screen.

10. I really didn't like it because it never worked properly, but after reading the manual and searching on line, I discovered my phone settings was the cause.

  2. Update the Silvercrest Smart Watch App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Silvercrest Smart Watch" » Open Silvercrest Smart Watch » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Silvercrest Smart Watch » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Silvercrest Smart Watch app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Silvercrest Smart Watch servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Silvercrest Smart Watch" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Silvercrest Smart Watch app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Silvercrest Smart Watch might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Silvercrest Smart Watch. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Silvercrest Smart Watch then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Silvercrest Smart Watch not working

  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Silvercrest Smart Watch be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.

  • Hi.
    My watch buyed on March '21. During reconnection to my mobile, the watch fail looks is completely dead, black screen. My mobile cannot see it animore and the watch was fully charged before to fail. I tryed to start it by puching and keep pushed on/of switch or both buttons but nothing was happening. Put on charger nothing is happening. The charger is ok. Can be restored? What do you suggest me? Thank you. Sorin
