Not a good beginning to me using this product.It's not even letting me on the app at all as soon as I click on it screen turns black and kicks me out don't even have a chance to register my watch on there this is ridiculousDoes this app even work? Crashes every single time I attempt 2 open it, and by the look of the reviews, I can assume there will be no feedback to our questions.. as wellWould give it five stars if there was a way to stop the app from running 24/7.

2. Latest update ,Failed to login into their provide app (Dizo App) *Stop Server* so the clock is incorrect due to not getting the network.This app wants to know my contacts, to record video, to know the events in my calendar, to acces my SMSs, to know my location and to make calls.

3. An on/off button would make it perfectEverything worked fine until the last update.Now nothing is working.Fix your update URGENTLY please.I rely on the watch and app.This has happend before.It is very disappointing.

4. I don't wear the watch 24/7 so I don't need the app running 24/7 just to drain phone battery.I absolutely love my watch.

5. And also still doesn't sync with Google Fit as they say.After the latest update it runs in the background permanently.

6. To what? And after the last update it permanently runs in the background without the possibility to stop it.

8. It notifies me when I'm receiving calls texts WhatsApp messages etc etc even when my phone not on my person so I never miss a call or anything you get the picture.

1. Fix Owatch Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Owatch: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Owatch App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Owatch" » Open Owatch » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Owatch » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Owatch app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Owatch servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Owatch" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Owatch app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Owatch might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Owatch. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Owatch then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Owatch not working

2. Fix Owatch Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Owatch be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Owatch not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Owatch may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
