1. The app is setup to synchronize with my phone every 5 minutes but this has started to fail recently and so far ut has made me lose 16000 steps in one week pleas fix this bug with an updateI really like the actual tracker and have used it for over a year but the app makes me tear my hair out, any chance the app could pair to the tracker for longer than a day or two ... I usually end up deleting and reinstalling the app just to get it to connect.Good app to track your activity and sleeping pattern.
2. It took me a while to figure out how to make the watch and the app synchronize, and I found out by mistake that you can do it by swiping down in the main menu...tracker records activity but absolutely refuses to sync with app.
3. The app doesn't record activity,other than walking,biking and running,which are preinstaled on the band,if mobile phone is more than 3m away.
4. So,during the fitness or yoga training,I shoud cary phone with me.Won't connect to bluetooth making it useless! Tried absolutely everything suggested online with no avail.
5. Sometimes, however, the app struggles to link with the wristband.Don't know whether that has smthg to do with the activity band or with the app,but it counts steps when I'm sitting or even when I'm sleeping during the night.
6. You can see the alarm time, but not the day(s)the fact that there were very little to no instructions in the box was dissapointing and the only wsy i found out how ti charge the device was because my previous tracker had the same procedure.
7. Would like if it would sync alerts to watch for calendar/outlook appointment on my phone.
8. On the other hand,it doesn't recognize if I'm sleeping in the afternoon.
9. Had to ring technical support to even find out how to charge the watch.
10. The fault that would annoy the most, is that it disconnects from the watch/monitor so it doesn't always register information.Decent enough app .
11. It should be possible to delete an activity record.
