Why should I report an Issue with GST Connect - GST Act & Rules?

1. I suggest you all to use this software to refer GST related queries.Why notifications other than central tax are not shown on app although it was being shown earlier? Also why removal of difficulty orders are not shown? Will give it a 5 star if all the notifications, circular and press releases are provided on app.Search option in particular section highlightes words but there should be facility like in PDF says how many matching words there is Searched and jump to next match.

2. I would like to suggest that the user be able to create a text Lable Heading & Sub title , under which he can select sections which outputs a report to professional practice use by case wise selection of section s.

3. If you can fix it it'll be a 5 star app.It's a five-star worth app .. I'm using it since 2021..but I'm giving only three stars only because there are no updations in the content..As a lover of this app, requesting to update the content of the app as and when there are new amendments.

4. Now it show simple white page with section heads only untill you go inside the section.Content was updated 1.5 years back.

5. But I would like to Suggest the Developer to provide Dates With Notification/circulars on Offline platform.Timely updation required also the Rules should be presented as the Sections presented instead of uploading the PDF.

6. Also have option to use app without union version And section wise circular s and notificationsIf you don't have internet it stop showing the contents.

8. Not regularly but atleast once in a month it should update the data so that we can rely on this app.Helpful for bare text readers and up to date with the amendments.

10. Further a hyperlink shud be use to access Rules frm Sections and vice versa.

1. Fix GST Connect Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart GST Connect: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the GST Connect App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "GST Connect" » Open GST Connect - GST Act & Rules » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for GST Connect » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear GST Connect - GST Act & Rules app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from GST Connect servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "GST Connect - GST Act & Rules" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check GST Connect app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, GST Connect might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall GST Connect. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall GST Connect then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing GST Connect not working

2. Fix GST Connect Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make GST Connect be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to GST Connect not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, GST Connect may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
