Why should I report an Issue with NokoPrint - Mobile Printing?

Thanks for a very handy USB printing app!It's free to use, but the free version does have ads, buuttt if you can handle the ad interruptions, there's no limit to your printing amount, that's at least as far as I can tell, I only need it for basic printing functions & it serves that purpose, so I'm good with it until it changes, if it changes, if not, then I'll be riding with it till the wheels fall off, LOL.This is a great app for viewing and printing documents.

2. Looks like I'm going back to the slower (but reliable) Samsung plug-in.I only found one other app (Print Hand) that would connect to my old Canon MP490 and it required you to pay $18 for a premium subscription before printing anything.

3. I have recommended NokoPrint to others.It works with my older printer (Epson Stylus NX110) that doesn't have Wi-Fi printing.

4. I'll tell y'all that I have tried numerous(at least 5) print apps trying to find one that will use my phones hotspot because I don't have any other internet available.

1. Fix NokoPrint Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart NokoPrint: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the NokoPrint App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "NokoPrint" » Open NokoPrint - Mobile Printing » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for NokoPrint » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear NokoPrint - Mobile Printing app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from NokoPrint servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "NokoPrint - Mobile Printing" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check NokoPrint app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, NokoPrint might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall NokoPrint. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall NokoPrint then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing NokoPrint not working

2. Fix NokoPrint Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make NokoPrint be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to NokoPrint not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, NokoPrint may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
