1. Very close to ripping this system out and going back to Samsung! Please get and do better somehow, Night Owl! We paid way too much for this system to have it be so unreliable! ;(Too many notifications!!!! I get notified for every rain drop or bug that passes by.
2. The mobile app seems to work okay but like every other review the two way talk does not work and other issues.
3. Thank u.The apps well to view live video from your phone, but whatever format they convert the videos into when they are downloaded is unsupported on my phones.
4. My new phone is a Google Pixel 7 which has the ability to view 4K video and it still doesn't work.
5. I've had this system for 2 days now and not impressed.The only reason I didn't give it a 5star is because of the face recognition notifications.
6. I literally have to go into playback to access 2 way audio to speak through the system when it should have the option right on the live feed.
7. It worked fine at first, but as soon as I installed an sd card, I stopped getting notifications or movement, human images, etc.
8. If I open the app now, my doorbell will ring continuously until i stop the app (which sucks when I check it at night and my baby is sleeping....). I can't view the library without it shutting down.
9. Other than that, the pictures are very clear, I don't have any problems ever checking it when we are away, the spotlights work great.
10. My calls to tech support have left me more frustrated! From the previous reviews, the connection issues are a known problem and has been for a while.
11. And if you try to go back to review footage, playback doesn't work.
I need a new account
I will like to delete my Night Owl Protect app because i don’t want it anymore. Please delete my email and number off of the cameras and router please. I’m expecting to giving it away to a family member. So they won’t have complications please delete all of my information connected to the account and the connection to the cameras.
