1. When searching videos for playback, only a few load at a time, and it's oldest first, so if I want to view the latest recording, it may take several minutes to get the video to appear.

2. Every time I need to see something is probably within the hour, I have to go through the torture of downloading clips from the previous night, or why can't we have a playback scroll instead of video clips, this just takes forever.

3. You have to search for video clips, refresh 100 times, and IF you find your clip, the playback has NO controls.

4. Tried to use playback and it shows blank screen, says video has ended after 5seconds.

5. It take forever to load so by the time I can actually see the cameras, what I'm trying to see has already ended (drug dealer neighbors mostly).

1. Restart Night Owl X: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Night Owl X App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Night Owl X" » Open Night Owl X » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Night Owl X » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Night Owl X app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Night Owl X servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Night Owl X" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Night Owl X app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Night Owl X might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Night Owl X. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Night Owl X then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Night Owl X not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Night Owl X be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Night Owl X not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Night Owl X may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
