1. The error is: Device Add FailedThe equipment is great! The App is not! Have had nothing but issues with the app, from being constantly offline to having to log out every couple days and log back in to get it to come up.

1. Restart Night Owl Connect: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Night Owl Connect App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Night Owl Connect" » Open Night Owl Connect » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Night Owl Connect » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Night Owl Connect app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Night Owl Connect servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Night Owl Connect" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Night Owl Connect app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Night Owl Connect might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Night Owl Connect. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Night Owl Connect then reinstall.
