Ultimately, because of previous visits to doctors, I have printed sheets for these stretches/strengthening exercises so why waste the space on my phone, especially because there's nothing new or unqiue about them.I threw out my lower back out a couple days ago and it hurt so bad that I couldnt walk for a day then rested in bed for 2 days til I couldnt lay in bed anymore.
2. Obvious is of the 7 stretches for the lower back, on my Samsung S8, the 7th exercise is the exact duplication of content of the 6th exercise, despite the click image indicating another exercise.
