Why should I report an Issue with Breathmix - Biofeedback Breath?

1. Simple mode is great.It is a great app and premiss, but I got it with the hope of using the heartrate monitor feature in conjunction with the breathing tool, but the flashlight kept burning my finger and so I couldn't use it for more than 30 seconds at time like I'd wanted.

2. If you guys debug that aspect of it, I would defiantly give it a try again.The problem is that the biofeedback mode is utterly useless because the heart rate measurements via the camera are so unreliable and noisy.

3. I'd like a simple peaceful sounding heart beat to meditate with or the possibility of listening to both breathe and heartbeat.I have been looking for a Heart Resonance app and this one worked well until it started burning my finger.

4. Would definitely buy if you add support for bluetooth pulse oximeter device.Has all the required settings for HRV biofeedback resonance breath training, including decimal accuracy for inhale, exhale, pause lengths.

5. Even if this is an error on the Google Play store, you should reveal to users yourself on your app how much it costs to buy the app and whether or not that charge is one-time or monthly.I like the simple mode and find it helps calm an relax.

6. Unfortunately cannot get the resonance measurement above 20% at any point - not sure if this is my lack of breath ontrol, a problem with the app or my phone.Lovely interface, great sounds, very relaxing.

11. The samsung S9 has a stress tester that doesn't burn..could the app use that tool? I'm giving 5 stars because it does work for short sessions and they are on the right track.

1. Fix Breathmix Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Breathmix: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Breathmix App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Breathmix" » Open Breathmix - Biofeedback Breath » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Breathmix » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Breathmix - Biofeedback Breath app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Breathmix servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Breathmix - Biofeedback Breath" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Breathmix app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Breathmix might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Breathmix. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Breathmix then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Breathmix not working

2. Fix Breathmix Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Breathmix be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Breathmix not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Breathmix may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
