1. It has a lot of healthy exercises too, which are really good as well.It's a great exercise app that lets you keep making progress on your own by letting you choose the exercise time , so there's no more excuses about not having time to work out.
2. (Although there are a few exercises in it that require a little more space than I have in my tiny bedroom)My favourite app for back workouts that I have found! It isn't just one set of workouts, it varies on how your level you are or how Easy, Medium or Hard you want it and how long you want to workout for which is what I absolutely love! Best app for back workouts to date, also it isn't animations doing it, it is actually people showing you, so it is easy to adjust by seeing someone else do it.It's good.
3. I would of given 5 stars but the lack of a voice coaching you if a little bit of a let down because if you're working out at home you need to keep an eye out for your phone otherwise you'll miss the end of an exercise and the begging of another one.Good Excersizes but ad free version doesn't work.
4. 5 Stars!!!!This app has helped me so much with my back pain! I used to be in constant pain and having used this app for nearly a week, it's all but gone! I also love that it has easy, medium and hard modes, a lot of similar apps only have one mode that a beginner like me would find too difficult - but not this one, I like it a lot.
5. Not too greedy with ads either.Great app for the back! I love how all the exercises are time based so you don't have to click next every 40s, + it increases the momentum in every workout to really get that muscles burning.
6. And after my first week i can tell that i feel stretching while training as everbody and the point is it can make difference especially for those who sitting long hours in front of a computer as it's there work ( the case of mine).
7. It is making me more flexible and l can see the improvement in my dance moves too.!!!! I wish that this app had audio controls.I must say, until now i never had a better experience with an workout app.
8. I paid for the pro version but when I uninstalled it I coudn't reinstall the pro version on the same device, Just went back to free version with ads.
9. There could be more customization for preset programs, like each exercise duration - sometimes it feels like I'm speeding through stretches.
10. But it would be good if there was some sound, so i could change the positions in time and not look every time if it has ended or not.
