11. How to relieve neck pain?
1. Also would suggest it to have an option to link to Google fitness so that I don't lose my track in the event I change phones or something.It explains moves but it takes the duration of the allowed exercise time to do so then moves on to the next exercise, so if you're unfamiliar with an exercise you don't ACTUALLY end up getting to do it at all in the time allowed as you are too busy listening to how to instructions.
2. Also when I did day 1 exercise exactly as shown in app I overdid it because timer is not accurately timed for the number of repetitions suggested.....I had extremely severe neck pain....So now I do according to my tolerance levelsI have migraines and tension in my shoulders and neck.
3. The timer just starts without any way to turn it back.Fine. However some exercises don't give you enough time and others are double the time shown (each second is two).
4. Not only do the e.g. 30 seconds of exercise include the 15 seconds of audio explanation (I could live with that, because it's only annoying for the first time), but then the app wants you to e.g. do 10 repetitions á 10 seconds each before the 30 seconds total are up.
5. Since I cannot fit 100 seconds of exercise into 30, I have to keep pausing the app, which is very annoying.The stretches are good but the count down is terrible.
6. The exercises might be nice, but the timer for each exercise is absolutely useless.
7. One exercise in particular says 'do exercise for ten more second... Relax... ' and the space between those is literally half a second...Good app.
8. I absolutely recommend it.The voice instructions are done during exercising time, there is no rest time (which could be used for instructions).
9. I would recommend this app to those who what to keep your flexibility.Exercises are good, extreme amount of ads which you can't get rid off.
10. Just ended up making me cranky, trying to use this app.This app is really easy to use and it reminds me to do the exercises each day.
11. It needs to have options to adjust time.
