1. When your worry is finished, tell the doll it does not need to worry anymore.
2. Worrydolls gives you a small doll who is ready to listen to what is worrying you.
3. Tell your worry to the doll, then track it over time.
4. You can use Worrydolls like a journal to help you overcome anxiety and stress.
5. Then look back at your old worries to bring you a sense of calm.
1. I get that you're supposed to keep it simple to avoid making it a diary but I run out of space almost every time and have to re-word.Absolutely love this app! I always had a hard time dealing with stress but I always feel better when I can physically write out my worries to a doll instead of it clogging my brain.
2. May be due to accessibility screen zoom since I have it on for vision help.I love it!!! It gives you a character and then u get to vent and talk to it!! I wish there wasn't a character exciting limit thought I want to type paragraphs and it only lets me type 4 to 6 sentences if that.
3. NOTE TO DEVELOPERS: I think quite a few lovers of this app would benefit from you either 1) allowing a larger character limit for the original text, or 2) putting a note in-game that you can click on a doll to add onto the worry with unlimited text.
4. Other than that app is amazing! It's great to talk to and since it can be installed on phones and iPads and other things it can have passwords so no one can get into it, unlike a real book someone can just look throught it... It's nice to just be able to talk freely.
5. The app is extremely clean and I love the designs of each doll I absolutely love it! One bug I stumbled across was whenever I finished a worry and talked about the aftermath, the message disappears after I close and reopen the app.
6. Hopefully that gets fixed but other than that it's great!Love this app, helps put panic and anxious thoughts aside in a visual manner and can come back to see what was worrying you before, so you can have a new perspective later after some time or thinking.
7. Small things but I feel like the "tell the doll something add it up" section could use some more space to write so you don't need to split something into two entries.
8. Also, some people seem bothered by the idea of GIVING their worry to the doll.
9. When you try to write a worry, you can delete the default text, but if you try to delete the "..." it bugs and it's a bit of a mess.
10. Also, I didn't know how to delete a doll until I randomly touched the lower side of the screen; there's no actual delete button.
11. It'd be a lot better if the doll just listened to your worry. This is a neat idea.
